Management of a community center in Pardes, as well as without detracting from the generality of what is stated in this section: representation of the area and its residents in the areas of the local authority in which the center operates, community action among the population in the area of the local authority in which the center is located on all its levels, while participating in these activities, community, educational, social and cultural action to enhance human value, both for the benefit of nurturing the individual and the community and for the development of a democratic and pluralistic society, cultivation of the culture and tradition of community members, encouragement and implementation of welfare actions for the benefit of the entire community and population, with the participation and involvement of residents, improving quality of life and leisure culture in the community, developing and encouraging community actions, including society, education, sports and culture activities and leisure hour activities, organizing cultural and entertainment events, lectures and theater performances, addressing and strengthening weak populations, implementing community, cultural, educational and sports actions, including on the topics and fields as detailed above, in coordination and in relation to the community and in cooperation with it, all activities of the organization will be within the law and legal system of the State of Israel
