Establishment and operation of a pre-military preparatory program, to educate the program participants in loyalty to the State of Israel and identification with it as a Jewish, Zionist and democratic state, as stated in the Declaration of Independence and the Basic Laws of the State of Israel, as well as love of the people and the land, to educate the program participants to enlist for full, quality and meaningful military service in the IDF, in volunteer and combat units, in command and officer training tracks, according to their abilities and skills, and according to IDF requirements, to prepare the program participants, physically and spiritually, for integration in the IDF as mentioned above, to establish and enrich the spiritual world of the program participants as well as to increase their self-confidence and faith in their path, to cultivate young leadership, involvement and social influence, of program participants and alumni during their military service and after
