Establishment and management for the "Hazon Ish" community: educational institutions, Talmud Torah schools, yeshivas for advanced students, yeshivas for young adults, high schools and seminaries, religious institutions, including scholars, study halls for Torah and prayer, organization of Torah lessons for dissemination of Torah and Judaism, gemach (interest-free loan fund), assistance and support for yeshiva students and scholars, support for families with limited means and the needy, establishment of fundraising campaigns and solicitation of donations for nonprofits working to promote religious institutions, education and welfare for the "Hazon Ish" community
