Association of Youth Department Managers in Local Authorities

To promote and develop social, values-based and community education in Israel, to establish the position of youth department manager in local government as a leader of social, values-based community education in municipal authorities in Israel, to represent youth department managers who are members of the union before the center of local government, government ministries and any other relevant body and/or person, to promote union members, youth department managers and to improve their working conditions, welfare and professional independence, to establish and promote a managers' dialogue for sharing professional knowledge and management experience among union members and with external parties including in the education system in Israel and worldwide
