1. To provide a safe space for operating strength training programs, yoga and unique movement activities, trauma-informed, built on the principles of somatic movement, with emphasis on close cooperation of a multidisciplinary team, including trainers from various fields, as well as social workers, physiotherapists and sports psychologists. 2. To operate in collaboration with organizations, trauma treatment centers and organizations that support women and young women affected by trauma. 3. To promote cooperation with leading training institutions in Israel in the field of sports, in order to expand familiarity with the field and connect existing knowledge fields with the principles of trauma-informed training, with the aim of integrating these principles into existing approaches, thereby bridging the worlds of mental health and fitness
