Establishing communities in the spirit of studying "Ethics of the Fathers" through: establishing synagogues in the spirit of studying ethics of the fathers, team-building days, lectures and classes in this spirit, establishing and operating schools, yeshivas and kollels combining education in "Ethics of the Fathers" and activity within existing institutions and communities to introduce study of "Ethics of the Fathers", supporting institutions and kindergartens combining education in "Ethics of the Fathers", distributing scholarships to married scholars and young men, girls and mothers to strengthen and encourage Torah study and "Ethics of the Fathers" study, activities among youth to strengthen Torah study and "Ethics of the Fathers" study, establishing a gemach for community members
