Establishment and development of an Orthodox Jewish community according to Ashkenazi custom, organization, establishment, support, assistance and encouragement of activities related to immigrant absorption, promotion of social equality, and integration of different sectors in Israeli society. Expansion of Torah knowledge and halakhic observance among all sectors of Israeli society.
