To establish, operate and support activities for all ages daily, on Shabbat, on holidays and during vacations and establishment of a Bar Mitzvah institute for youth and activities for at-risk youth, to support those in need through guidance and employment counseling and economic accompaniment, assistance for women in childbirth, visiting the sick, disabled, elderly and lonely people through social and economic support, distribution of food baskets on Shabbat and holiday eves and Passover flour distribution, encouragement of settlement of the Land of Israel through assistance in finding suitable housing in Haifa, establishment of Torah nuclei and settlement nuclei and assistance in rent for those entitled according to criteria, cultural and art activities for all sectors of the public and establishment of a library, establishment, management and maintenance of a synagogue in Haifa and study hall, day care centers, kindergartens, schools, Torah schools, high schools, seminaries, small yeshivas and large yeshivas, camps and youth movements in the spirit of yeshivas, to establish, support and assist yeshivas through provision of scholarships and support to encourage study of Torah and prayer, delivery of lessons and lectures
