Strengthening study in Yoma d'Pagra, operating the Netz Kollel on Fridays and holiday eves, Purim, encouraging study arrangements in yeshivas - study before morning prayer, strengthening arrangements on weekends - Friday night, Friday, Saturday and after Saturday, study on fasting days, study groups at special times such as Lag Ba'omer and Yahrzeit days, Torah lessons in houses of mourning, distribution of clothing coupons and food to families and yeshiva students throughout the year and on holiday eves, support and scholarships for families and yeshiva students, distribution of Chametz-free products for Passover, publication of a Torah journal on halakha and custom issues, programs to prevent student dropout, activities with dropouts and those struggling
