To establish and maintain institutions of charity and kindness, to support, assist and accompany needy families, young scholars and the sick and their family members both in material and medical matters, operating a community kitchen, giving charity openly and in secret, operating a study hall and yeshiva and supporting them through distributing support to young scholars of the study hall and students of the yeshiva that will be operated, synagogue, support for similar associations operating similar activities
