To establish and maintain yeshivas and kollels (Torah study halls) and educational institutions in Israel, to publish Torah books and newsletters and distribute them in Israel, guidance of youth and yeshiva students, dropout youth and organization of events on Sabbaths and throughout the year, distribution of charity funds and all needs of charity to the needy, activities for the elevation of the souls of the great Jewish scholars, dissemination of Jewish values in Israel.
