"Our Journey - From Idea to Social Initiative and a Legacy Factory"

In the summer of 2020, amidst the peak of the COVID-19 crisis, a simple yet powerful idea was born, named "We're Here for Everyone." A group of friends with a vision decided to take initiative and encourage as many people as possible to volunteer. What began as a grassroots effort quickly evolved into a social initiative with dozens of volunteers aiming to spread as much goodness to the world as possible. Initially focusing on packaging and distributing food baskets to needy families in our city, we expanded our assistance from activity to activity, opening our hearts and widening our circle of support. We helped lone soldiers, elderly populations, collaborated with the Red Cross, assisted shelters for abused women, all while maintaining minimal presence on social networks.
In January 2021, we faced the tragic loss of a friend, a brother, and a family member named Or Nahum. Or was one of the project's greatest contributors, as he and his family actively volunteered in all project activities. In a joint decision with Or's family, we decided to turn the social initiative into a legacy factory named "Light for Everyone." The name change and the establishment of the legacy factory not only deepened our commitment but also inspired a wave of new volunteers. With the family's involvement, we managed to expand our activities beyond imagination. We assisted hundreds of needy families, touched various vulnerable populations, all while upholding values of unity, friendship, and giving.
This legacy factory not only honors Or's legacy but has become a beacon of hope drawing a flourishing community of volunteers. Our activity for the community is our ability to spread as much light in the world as possible, where every act of kindness pays tribute to Or's generous spirit.
