Establishing a synagogue and house of study in the Narcissus neighborhood in the city of Ramat Hasharon and establishing a community center to deepen Jewish identity among neighborhood residents, community activities including Torah classes, Jewish community and cultural activities for the general public, economic and social support for the needy population, encouraging volunteering in the community, establishing and encouraging a Torah study center including paying scholarships for Torah students
