Formation and operation of Torah-based mission units, establishment and operation of a Torah community center, study hall, yeshiva, rabbinical court and ritual bath, establishment and operation of kollels and distribution of scholarships to kollel students, conducting research and Torah books and publication, assistance for at-risk youth through emotional therapies, assistance for youth and adults through emotional therapy, music therapy and empowerment, operation of educational frameworks - Torah classes, education and ethics for youth children and adults, clubs and challenges, educational activities including special education at times and occasions outside regular educational institutions, assistance for the needy through financial support, distribution of food and clothing baskets, assistance for the sick, elderly, disabled and their family members and assistance for weak populations
