Found, operate and promote a center for preservation of heritage seeds, heritage vegetable garden and educational center for youth and families from the mountain region. Establish and operate a school for gastronomy, cooking and professional kitchen management; promote a sustainable agenda and education in traditional agriculture, promote home vegetable gardens and recycling. Promote education in traditional and healthy food, create a center of activities for youth and families around topics of interest surrounding food raw materials, agriculture and cooking; collaborate with other stakeholders in educating the mountain community and support Jewish-Arab activities in the region to deepen awareness, understanding and brotherhood in the mountain region
