Working to promote welfare, service conditions, commemoration of heritage and memory of reserve soldiers in the Sharon Brigade and their families past and present through raising donations and creating partnerships with public and/or government entities, supporting needy soldiers financially or otherwise including complementary treatments, study scholarships etc., purchasing medical equipment, food, tactical gear, organizing and conducting memorial events, means of appreciation and heritage, organizing and conducting volunteer activities and mutual assistance, organizing lectures and team-building and welfare activities
