To establish yeshivas and kollels for young married scholars and to support scholars whose Torah study is their profession, to distribute Torah publications, to encourage excellence among Torah students, to promote a culture of education and welfare, financing treatments and medications for people with limited means, assistance for pregnant women in financing recovery days and help at home, assistance for the sick and their family members, assistance in the wedding of bride and groom, building and renovation of ritual baths, synagogues, yeshivas and Torah institutions, distribution of food vouchers to needy families, to support institutions and funds engaged in each of these activities
