In memory of Tal Karen son of Netiv Ha'asara who was murdered on 7.10.23 at Zikim Beach. Establishment and operation of a six-month pre-military preparatory program in Netiv Ha'asara. Encouraging and developing educational and community projects in Gaza Envelope communities. To educate program participants in loyalty to the State of Israel and identification with it as a Jewish, Zionist, and democratic state, as stated in the Declaration of Independence and the Basic Laws of the State of Israel, and in love of the people and the land. To educate program participants to enlist in full, quality, and meaningful military service in the IDF, in volunteer and combat units, in command and officer tracks, according to their abilities and skills, and according to IDF requirements. To prepare program participants, physically and spiritually, for integration into the IDF. To establish and enrich the world of program participants and increase their self-confidence and belief in themselves through maritime activity, combat fitness training, survival courses, survival exercises, and nature hikes. To cultivate young leadership, involvement, and social impact of program participants and alumni during and after their military service.
