To support IDF soldiers from the ultra-Orthodox community by developing programs, providing guidance, personal accompaniment and assistance throughout their military journey and beyond, to promote and ensure the realization of rights of soldiers from ultra-Orthodox education graduates, to cultivate leadership and personal development through mentoring programs, educational opportunities and career guidance, to bridge gaps by facilitating coordination between different stakeholders, including the Ministry of Defense, the IDF and external organizations, to pave the way for sustained success by supporting soldiers in their transition to civilian life, providing tools to complete their education and guiding them towards satisfying careers
