Establishing and developing religious educational institutions for young Israelis of all ages through education according to Torah and commandments in the spirit of Chabad Hasidim - yeshiva, daycare centers, kindergartens, Torah academy, as well as a study hall for women, bringing Jews closer to Jewish values and tradition, disseminating Hasidic and Jewish sources, publishing Chabad teachings, its method and ways, culture, welfare and education activities for communities in Beersheba - experiential activities for all ages on holidays and semi-holiday days, such as: Hanukkah gatherings including lightings, performances etc., strengthening evenings for students and youth with performances, Lag Ba'Omer processions and likewise at appropriate times, distributing food baskets to needy families, assisting families whose loved ones are in the hospital and experiencing difficulty as well as assisting patients themselves, helping youth and young people from difficult families both in preparation for Bar Mitzvah study and in assistance with homework and support in all needs as our capacity allows, assisting lone soldiers with Sabbath hosting, providing Judaism content for kindergartens, schools and high schools, Israeli holidays and connecting to Israeli heritage, preparing youth for Bar Mitzvah, assisting, supporting, guiding and helping needy families and those with serious illnesses, operating a mission-driven nucleus in the city
