The organization works for the ultra-Orthodox community in general and in particular in Ofakim and needs that strengthen the periphery, culture and youth activities, women and adult ultra-Orthodox individuals, education, youth organizations, support for the needy, Chevra Kadisha, medical support network, assistance for widows and orphans, inclusion of people with disabilities, sports, religious heritage, arts, research, entrepreneurship and professional and social unions, establishing educational, welfare and religious institutions: educational institutions for all educational levels in regular and special education, yeshivas, religious schools, kindergartens, elementary and secondary schools and kollelim. Additionally, dormitories for institution and welfare students, clubs for special education children and more, distribution of Torah classes, Torah culture, dissemination of the importance of settling the Land of Israel according to sources and commandments dependent on the Land and their observance today. The organization also works to encourage settlement in various regions of the country by providing access to information and various services, assistance and support for new settlers, establishment of educational institutions and more, encouraging Torah, artistic and cultural creations
