Operating regular Torah classes on various topics: Jewish law, Talmud, ethics, Hasidic teachings and more, distributing holy books, prayer books and study materials to those who cannot afford to purchase them, establishing and operating a food, clothing, furniture and baby equipment gemach (charitable loan fund) for the needy, financial assistance to needy families through gemach funds, establishing a study hall/kollel for regular daily study for men and women, spreading Torah values and Judaism to all layers of Israeli and world society
