Encouraging aliyah (immigration) and settlement in Israel, employment and military recruitment among the ultra-Orthodox, those distant from religion and diaspora Jews and assistance in the acclimatization and integration process, promoting peace, mutual understanding and strengthening relationships between communities in Israel and abroad, humanitarian assistance, support and accompaniment of families in distress, the sick, the needy, soldiers, at-risk youth, new immigrants and the elderly, establishing and maintaining kollels and study halls and organizing activities for youth and seniors, courses, workshops, research institutes and publishing to strengthen Torah study, preservation and commemoration of Jewish and Hasidic heritage through renovation and restoration of graves of righteous individuals and holy sites, establishing museums and archives and organizing heritage tours for all communities, support for other organizations promoting identical objectives, bringing diaspora Jewry closer to Jewish and Zionist values
