To develop and promote tourism in Israel. To guide tourists and visitors and to ensure that tourism is directed to ultra-Orthodox Jewish institutions and to present to them the achievements of public institutions and enterprises of traditional Judaism, and to distribute appropriate propaganda material. To guide Israeli visitors and hikers to Torah and charity institutions and to conduct propaganda in the country that highlights the activities of ultra-Orthodox Jewish institutions.
