1. To consider requests from yeshiva students and their supporters, and to assist those in need when necessary. 2. To collect donations and gifts from donors and public and private institutions in Israel and abroad. 3. To negotiate with government, religious and private institutions in Israel and abroad to obtain assistance and support for achieving the aforementioned goals
