The organization acts as the local agency of the Federation in accordance with the Federation's constitution and bylaws, and its goals are the goals of the Federation as detailed in Chapter A of the Federation's constitution, chief among them: to unite and organize all workers living from their labor without exploiting the labor of others, in order to organize the social, economic, cultural, and organizational matters of the working class in Israel, for the building of a productive labor society in the State of Israel
