a. To found, maintain, and establish a study hall for Talmud and halakhic studies for those who have completed yeshiva studies, with the aim of maintaining advanced Torah training for scholars who have completed standard yeshiva studies in the direction of teaching in high schools.
b. To impart Torah and fear of Heaven to students of the kollel.
