To establish and operate a scholarship fund for students to complete their secondary education in the Regional Secondary School of Western Galilee in order to perpetuate the memory of the kibbutz members who fell in Israel's battles and for this purpose the association may carry out all or some of the following activities: 1. To receive donations from any source, whether from governmental, public and other corporations or from any private individual, whether in cash or in equivalent value in any form 2. To invest the amounts accumulated in the fund in any way that the association deems appropriate and proper Continuation of objectives in the organization's regulations
