a. To help and assist in all possible means and ways in the absorption and settlement in the country and in Ashdod of immigrants from Persia and members of the Persian community in general residing in Ashdod.
b. To help and assist Persian immigrants and members of the Persian community residing in Ashdod in raising their intellectual, cultural and educational level through organizing lectures, studies, artistic performances and any other form that may be used to achieve this goal.
c. To spread and strengthen among Persian immigrants and members of the Persian community in Ashdod the heritage of Judaism, love of Israel, its people and its land.
d. To spread and teach the Hebrew language
