a. To organize, maintain, hold and manage a club or clubs for the use of club members and/or for the use of any other person or corporation that the association's board deems appropriate.
b. To organize, hold and manage assemblies, conferences, lectures, symposiums, talks, meetings and disseminate knowledge regarding economic, political, maritime matters, matters relating to Ashdod, Port of Ashdod or any other matter that the association's board deems appropriate.
