a. To provide professional home care workers in order to preserve family integrity and the continuation of household management in the absence of the mother due to childbirth, illness, or inability to perform her duties, as well as for elderly, disabled, and developmentally delayed children within their homes.
b. To provide home care assistance and any other request that may help preserve family integrity and peace in the home.
c. Payments for services and the wages of home care workers shall be made only by the association.
