a. To provide all help and assistance in advice, in material, and in spirit for the purpose of promoting, developing, establishing, and founding a club for IDF wounded hospitalized at the Central Hospital for the Negev, and likewise to establish, found, or work for the establishment of institutions aimed at fostering brotherly feelings and providing assistance and relief to IDF casualties.
b. To mobilize, encourage, and engage every person, company, association, and any other public, governmental, or private body in the rehabilitation of IDF casualties in Beer Sheva.
