a. To initiate, organize, implement, concentrate and coordinate cultural, social, educational, artistic, sports and entertainment activities in Beersheba and beyond.
b. To maintain contact and cooperate with other institutions and organizations in furtherance of the association's goals.
c. To disseminate knowledge, culture, art, sports and entertainment to all residents of the Negev and Beersheba residents in particular, with emphasis on activities for youth, young adults and discharged soldiers in these fields.
d. To initiate the establishment, operation, encouragement and creation of community centers including community centers, youth clubs and student houses, gymnasiums and swimming pools.
