a. Management, establishment and maintenance of a central synagogue named after Rabbi Hayim Pinto, of blessed memory, and management and maintenance of synagogues in general.
b. Establishment, management and maintenance of a ritual bath that shall serve as a place of prayer and a council chamber for scholars.
c. Initiation, implementation and operation of activities that shall serve and support the scholars of Ashdod and its surroundings.
d. In general, to provide services and assistance to the needy for a fee or without a fee, provided that any fee received shall not be for profit but for covering expenses and promoting the association's goals
