a. The municipal parents' committee is an umbrella organization for local parents' committees in Beersheba and their central representation. b. To organize parents' committees in educational institutions and in the education system (public schools, state religious schools, independent education schools); to operate them, guide them and assist them in their activities for the benefit of educational institutions and students. c. To strengthen the relationship between schools and parents; to cooperate with school principals, parents' associations, education officials and parent organizations at the school. d.
