To establish, maintain, and operate a synagogue; to maintain a Torah library and conduct Torah and Talmudic lessons and lectures; to foster religious and traditional values; to organize public events; to bring young people closer to the synagogue and educate them; to establish, maintain, and operate institutions of Torah and charity in connection with the synagogue; to maintain and operate a charity fund (gemilas chesed).
