A. To establish, maintain, develop, expand and consolidate a Torah institution that is spiritually and materially sound. B. To teach Torah and fear of God to students of the study hall. C. To encourage, direct, guide and educate Torah scholars who will become great Torah scholars and righteous. D. To develop, encourage and engage in Torah activities among Israel's residents in general, Israeli youth in particular, and among residents of Ashdod, adults and youth specifically, and especially among students of 'Kiryat Chinuch Le-Banim' in Ashdod.
