Torah Youth Division Eda Moshav Tapuach

A. To establish a junior high school Torah division called 'Etzah' in Kibbutz Tifrah, Negev District, with full boarding school conditions. B. To build, establish, open, lease, purchase, maintain and manage educational religious institutions, Torah institutions, Torah schools, yeshivas, Torah colleges, study clubs and boarding schools for children of all ages through religious education. C. To assist Israeli children of all ages and any body or institution that upholds Jewish commandments through financial and moral assistance, to arrange for their settlement, relocation and rehabilitation in every way and by every means available to the organization. D. To organize and employ workers, with compensation. Additional goals are detailed in the organization's bylaws
