א. לאגד פועלים ועובדים בלתי מפלגתיים החיים על עבודתם מבלי לנצל זולתם.
ב. טיפול בעניני עבודה הגנה על זכויות העובד, טיפול ערכי העבודה והופעה בציבור הפועלים הכללי.
ג. פיתוח רשת פעולות כלכליות והקמת מוסודת ציבוריים המשרתים את ציבור הפועלים חבריה.
