To support and assist victims of hostile acts; IDF disabled individuals; bereaved families; to assist in promoting, encouraging education, culture and arts for discharged soldiers and their families and bereaved families; to perform, participate, assist, support and encourage in the establishment, maintenance, repair and management of enterprises and facilities to assist victims and disabled individuals of the IDF and victims of hostile acts subject to the provisions of the deed of endowment.
