Development of educational values and influence among individuals and communities and assistance in their implementation and translation to raise the value of the person in Israel; assistance in developing the personality of individuals in the community through scholarships and grants; promoting human and Jewish values and bequeathing them to individuals and groups in Israel and abroad, including through interfaith dialogue (in memory of Rabbi Mordechai Piron, of blessed memory); first priority for the purposes of the trust will be in the community of the labor settlement movement in Israel, subject to the terms of the deed of trust
