Awarding scholarships every two years to undergraduate students from the University of Haifa in the fields of Bible and Israeli Thought who have excelled in their studies and whose average grade in these subjects is not below 80%; awarding scholarships every two years to graduate students at the University of Haifa for outstanding works or research in the field of children's literature or its creators, with an average grade in these works and research not below 90%.
