To continue the legacy and public activities of Rachel and Uri Avnery, for peace, strengthening the democratic character of the State of Israel, promoting independent and investigative journalism in the spirit of Uri Avnery's work, to collect and organize the photo archives of Rachel and Uri Avnery and transfer them to an appropriate public institution so they are preserved and open to researchers, encouraging and promoting research, publishing books, publishing articles in the spirit of Uri Avnery's public work, awarding scholarship or scholarships, establishing a museum to present the activities of Rachel and Uri Avnery
