Al-Sam Association

Established in 1983, Al-Sam Association is Israel's leading non profit organization that provides treatment for children, youth and adults until age 24 affected by alcohol and drug abuse. Al-Sam is a national organization with 14 branches throughout Israel. Each year, hundreds of children are referred to Al-Sam by concerned parents, family members and teachers. Through various forms of treatment, the vast majority of Al-Sam`s youth participants are able to find their way back to a healthy social life, schoolwork, and army service, becoming responsible and productive citizens in society. 77% of those who undergo our treatment programs, continue to be drug-free after 6 months.
