Initiating, organizing, implementing, and establishing projects in the fields of welfare, culture, society, education, environment, physical education, science, literature, religion, charity, and supporting and participating in the financing of such projects. Receiving and raising grants, donations, and gifts in any form and acting as a representative, agent, or trustee of donors, associations, or institutions, local or foreign, incorporated or unincorporated, with goals similar to the organization's goals, managing their activities, participating in their work, and working to implement their goals. Encouraging, assisting in planning, developing, and populating Netanya, assisting in planning public buildings, cultural, society, sport, and education institutions as the organization deems appropriate. Establishing and promoting funds, associations, or institutions, incorporated or unincorporated, to support and participate in such bodies and cooperate with them. Providing and awarding grants, scholarships, and prizes to advance the organization's goals and to cultivate and encourage cultural, educational, artistic, and creative activities. The organization's tasks, activities, and programs, or those to whom the organization grants donations, shall be such that they are permitted to be performed by organizations exempt from taxes in the State of Israel and any other country from whose territory the organization receives donations for the city of Netanya only
