Development, promotion, consolidation, and management of shooting sports in all their disciplines. Representation of the State of Israel in international shooting competitions in Israel and abroad. Representation of the State of Israel in international sporting events related to shooting sports. Promotion of women's sports by providing equal opportunities for women and men to compete, work, and manage. Cultivation of achievement in various shooting disciplines among member organizations and athletes. Development and cultivation of cultural and social relations between Israeli shooters and shooters from foreign countries. Development of their international relations with unions, sports associations, and athletes from foreign countries and organization of international and transnational shooting competitions in all its disciplines. Cultivation of cultural and moral values among member organizations of the union. Cultivation of friendship relations and mutual respect among member organizations of the union. Establishment of ranges for various sports shooting disciplines, their management, and supervision of them. Handling the creation and acquisition of the means necessary for carrying out the union's objectives by government, public, municipal, military, and other bodies, as well as by private individuals and/or persons. Acquisition of assets of all kinds, whether movable or immovable, rights, and licenses in connection with the above for the purpose of implementing and promoting the union's objectives, whether by way of gift or inheritance, or by any other lawful means.
