Chai Chazak - Empowering fighters to live strong

Chai Chazak addresses the specific needs of young people aged 20–35 in Israel who
want to take responsibility for their lives, with an emphasis on combat veterans and reservists, who want to build a
strong future after significant service.

The Chai Chazak initiative operates a unique program that includes four practical workshops, as well as inspirational standalone activities and lectures, which provide participants with real tools to succeed in civilian life in a practical, simple, and applied way – bringing results from the first meeting.
This is done through a goals-centric approach. That means defining personal and professional goals, and giving participants the practical tools to achieve them. This is a multi-pronged effort touching on the key cornerstones for goal achievement, and the foundations for a successful life.

• Healthy habits – Adopting habits that promote success to free participants from patterns and routines that weakenthe body and mind.
• Improved mental strength – Strengthening mental resilience, developing positive thinking, and improve time management, decision-making, help participants take constructive action for a more meaningful like and overall positive contribution to the community
When and where?
Ongoing activities are held in Chai Chazak branches nationwide including: Tel Aviv, Haifa, Be'er Sheva, and Jerusalem.
Invitational events such as guest lectures and specialized activities are held at relevant premises. These include IDF bases, company evenings on premises, processing days for fighters, lone soldiers, youth centers, and institutions and organizations throughout the country.
