The Chai Chazak initiative operates a unique program that includes four practical workshops, as well as inspirational standalone activities and lectures, which provide participants with real tools to succeed in civilian life in a practical, simple, and applied way – bringing results from the first meeting. This is done through a goals-centric approach. That means defining personal and professional goals, and giving participants the practical tools to achieve them. Ongoing activities are held in Chai Chazak branches nationwide including: Tel Aviv, Haifa, Be'er Sheva, and Jerusalem. Invitational events such as guest lectures and specialized activities are held at relevant premises. These include IDF bases, company evenings on premises, processing days for fighters, lone soldiers, youth centers, and institutions and organizations throughout the country.
