To purchase and establish on a plot of land located in Rehovot and registered in the Land Registry office in Tel Aviv Jaffa as plot 792 parcel 3703 transferred by the Rehovot Municipality to the League Against Tuberculosis, a clinic commemorating the memory of Abraham and Batya Goldberg, of blessed memory, from Glasgow Scotland as eternal memory, which will serve the residents of the South District regardless of religion, nationality, party or class and without any discrimination
