The organization is non-partisan. Its goals are: to care for all members, improve their living conditions, guide them in Israeli life and help them integrate in the country. The organization also aims to create settlements, cooperative societies, communal housing, schools, kindergartens, playgrounds, clubs, sports, newspapers and generally to help and create all that is necessary for member welfare and for the benefit of North African immigrants and others
