The association is a legal entity and shall be entitled to enter into contracts, participate in companies or other legal entities and appear before all courts, arbitration tribunals, and other authorities and institutions.
a. To address the problems of disadvantaged populations in the country, to encourage them and explain their issues to individuals, institutions and organizations in Israel and abroad.
b. To encourage student immigration and absorption in the country.
c. To encourage and increase awareness and explanation of national character at home and abroad.
d. To engage in social organization in development towns, reception centers and university centers.
